2. General
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the law. As little data as possible is collected. This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics services.
3. Server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL and the browser/operating system used.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted or anonymised after no more than 14 days.
4. Online booking
When you reserve an appointment via the booking form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, number of people, and optionally phone number and message, together with the date and time of the chosen slot.
The purpose is to carry out the reservation and to communicate about it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures). Booking data is stored for as long as necessary and then deleted, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Confirmation and cancellation emails
To confirm your booking and provide a cancellation link, we send you an email. Sending takes place via the server of STRATO AG (Germany) as a technical service provider.
6. Operator notification via Telegram
So that the operator receives new bookings promptly, a notification with the booking data (name, email, number of people, and where applicable phone and message) is sent to the operator via the messaging service Telegram when a booking is made. The provider is Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE); a transfer to a third country may occur.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the efficient handling of booking requests).
7. Chat assistant (AI)
This website offers an optional chat assistant that answers common questions about the studio (how it works, prices, booking). The chat only opens when you actively use it; no data is processed without your input.
When you send a message, the text you enter is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate the response and processed there. This constitutes a transfer to a third country (USA); Anthropic processes the input to answer and, according to its own statements, does not use it to train its models. Please do not enter personal or sensitive data in the chat.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple, automated handling of enquiries). No cookies are set. To improve our frequently asked questions, we store the text of the questions asked without any link to your person (no IP address, no name) — please therefore do not enter personal data in the chat.
8. Hosting and data processing
This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre in Germany. The server location is exclusively Germany.
Technical support is provided by Quality Webdesign, Stefan Rohwer (Germany) as a processor. Data processing agreements (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both providers.
9. Fonts
Fonts are loaded exclusively locally from our own server (self-hosted, via @fontsource). There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external providers; no data is transmitted to third parties.
10. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser address bar.
