Accessibility
Our commitment
We want our website to be usable by as many people as possible – regardless of impairments or assistive technologies. Our design follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as well as the requirements of the European Accessibility Act.
Measures implemented
- Clear, logical heading structure and semantic HTML
- Full keyboard operability and visible focus indication
- Sufficient colour contrast (at least WCAG AA)
- Font-size switcher (three levels) in the navigation
- Meaningful alternative texts for informative images; decorative elements are marked as such
- Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting (prefers-reduced-motion)
- "Skip to content" link at the top of the page
- Responsive layout for smartphone, tablet and desktop
Conformance status
In our assessment, the website is largely conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. The image slideshow is purely decorative and marked accordingly for screen readers. Should individual content not yet be fully accessible, we continuously work on improvements.
